Overview

I am the Madam Elia Veliz Novales and my house for rent is known worldwide as THE NONNA, a loving name which was christened Italian customers in response to the respetuosidad, friendliness and simplicity of its owner who comes from deep roots peasant where from a very young age knew about tobacco cultivation in their best land.

Our house is situated just opposite to the bishopric in one of the main streets of the city, just a few meters from the main street. It has a colonial architecture built in 1900 and subsequently restored by the own family, preserves an air of tranquility and relaxation that is perceived in a combination of ancient objects, lithographs of one of the best artists in our plastic, columns and blacksmith work of that time, in addition to having high ceilings finely decorated, as well as its original bronze lamps. We have at your disposal 4 rooms each with 2 large beds for 4 people, a room is located in the attic of the house with a beautiful balcony with railings of precious wood from where you can observe the room and the decoration of the ceiling, another room is in low with a small kitchen very comfortable and spacious bathroom. Two rooms are on the second floor completely new, independent, made in detail and from where you can enjoy some of the best views of the city, as well as the sunset where you can make unique photographs. All the rooms have private bathroom with hot and cold water 24 hours, TV; freezer, fan and air conditioning, we offer laundry services, cocteleria, elaboration of delicious breakfasts and dinners, parking and access to the telephone of the house, we master the English language perfectly for a better communication if you want and we also offer you a taxi service specialized and secure q take them to places of interest such as plantations of Mr Alejandro Robaina, diving center Maria La Gorda, beach Cayo Jutias and Rancho la Guabina for those who prefer the fighting cocks and horses of pure blood.

Also from the house you can access very easily to other sites of the city such as the tobacco factory Francisco Donatien, the factory of Rum Guayabita del Pinar (Casa Garay), the Theater of Milan, as well as night centers and museums.
