REALLY BAD SERVICE - THEY HAD OVERBOOKED

Don't recommend to other travelers
Me and my family booked three rooms at villa rosita many weeks before. we also ask for a baby bed and they replied that it was no problem. when we came - tired from the long drive - the host came out totally confused and started to explain in spanish that there was a problem. after a long discussion we found out that she had given our three rooms to another family. it was not ok! she said that we could stay one night in another casa, and we accepted after a while. they day after we got to know from our host in the other casa that villa rosita still havent got room for us. fortunately the other casa was very good (but small for us) and we had a good stay in playa larga, but not because of villa rosita.

Die casa liegt nur 5 min. fussweg vom weissen sandstrand entfernt, hat alles was man braucht incl. eigenem restaurant für frühstück und abendessen. alles ist sehr sauber und wir können diese casa empfehlen.
